Everyone has the cringing reaction when thinking about buying a vehicle and dealing with the actual process of salesman, sales managers and eternal negotiations. Been there done that. Over 32 years in the Winter Haven area and have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership. Stopped by to look at a vehicle and was met by Victor Wilburn a salesman with DCJR. He told my wife and I all about the vehicle, he was respectful, informative and gracious with his time. I committed to coming back the next day for a test drive and start the process. Next day we started the "negotiations". Fair amount of back and forth with the sales manager with Victor presenting my expectations and also those of the dealership. He worked to get the deal done with no pressure on me. By far the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle due to his attention to my expectations and respect for my time. While I was waiting for things to be finalized, he took the time to introduce me to the service manager who I'll be dealing with for any vehicle issues I may have.
