We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. Thanks Kyle and the Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram and Fiat of Winter Haven. Wonderful people and dealership.

So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I appreciate all the hard work you guys did even with our limited options!! I highly recommend asking for Luís his years of experience really shows when it comes to selling you a new car! Car is very clean best experience

I want to highlight a great experience I had at this dealership. It started off a little rocky when I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and drove it home to Georgia and got it checked for some paint imperfections at the local Jeep dealership. I called these guys and they were more than willing to work with me on trading the vehicle for a different vehicle. Both the salesman (Steve) and the sales manager (Jacob) were very professional and took care of me. I just want to say they didn't have to, but they made it right, and for that I am thankful. They even had a driver deliver the vehicle to me in Georgia and take the old vehicle back. If You’re in the market for a new or used vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership..

The check-in person was fast and courteous. Especially, if you make the appointment online to expedite your check in. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time and the cost was typical for the work I had completed. Efficient scheduling, quick turn around.

We went to Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Winter Haven looking to purchase a new truck for my dad and were greeted by Jeremy, who was very helpful and professional throughout our visit. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all of our questions, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. I don’t typically leave reviews unless I’m extremely dissatisfied, but this experience was very concerning at first. After an oil change appointment, my vehicle began shutting off and struggling to stay running at red lights and while idling. Since my vehicle had been perfectly fine beforehand, I immediately brought it back because I knew something was wrong even though no codes were appearing. Thankfully, after further investigation, it turns out the issue was not related to the dealership or the oil change at all, but instead contaminated gas from a recent fill-up. Even so, I truly appreciate how Alex handled the situation from the beginning. He took my concerns seriously, reassured me throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of until my vehicle was back to normal. I also want to acknowledge Vicki for escalating the situation to management instead of brushing it off. Both Alex and Vicki provided excellent customer service during a stressful situation and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you both again for your professionalism and help throughout the process.

Beautiful experience, fast, friendly and fair!

I came from a couple hours away after having inquired about the car 2 days prior. I got to the dealership just after it opened and got to be the first and only person to see and test drive the car. Victor and Kyle were awesome. They were very helpful, friendly, and informative. I quickly bought the car while I had the chance!

Very good service

We were in a pinch and needed a new vehicle. We found a pre-owned Grand Caravan and purchased it with the warranty. Once that kicked in, we had over $6000 worth of work covered for only $100. The whole experience was easily explained to us by Abdel and they took care of any speed bumps that came along. It was a greater experience than our last time we bought a vehicle in 2015 from somewhere else.

Amazing experience, Victor and Kyle greeted me , had the car I wanted to look at and the carfax upfront waiting on me. They kept everything straight forward with me from the beginning. No sugar coating no salesman bs. Kept it professional but honest and got me an amazing deal on my new car! 10/10

I truly appreciate the service department on getting my car fix in a timely manner. I have gone to a few dodge/jeep dealerships around polk county and I will gladly drive an hour to come back to Winter Haven. This review is for anyone who lives outside of Florida, as it's something I've never attempted before (I had to rely on ChatGPT and Gemini for guidance). I wanted a very specific car, and it turns out a nationwide search only showed 7 cars. Some where within 200 miles but the dealers were being obtuse (New York Metro Area), but there was one was in Florida. I contact Phillip and he started the ball rolling and then he handed it off to a gentleman named David. David took pics as I requested, sent them via text, and we negotiated a deal. He sent me warranty info, window sticker, the whole nine yards. I was able to sign some documents electronically, they setup the loan agreement, received a call from the bank to confirm my identify, etc.. The biggest hiccup was on my end dealing with wire transfers (PNC Bank). I received an email from Sirius XM that my 3 month subscription started. They handled the Florida DMV paperwork as well as the NJDMV. Some paper work needed a physical signature so they sent me a packet via over-night and I sent it back within 30 minutes of receiving it. Because I live in NJ, it wasn't worth it for me to fly down and pick up the car, so I arranged transport (as an aside don't fall for the cheap carriers). Was the process stressful ? Yes..and I knew that going in.. what is worth it ? Absolutely. I can't thank David enough for being ridiculously responsive. Every time I stressed about something, he responded "oh.. we take care of that". Seriously.. how cool is that ?!? Thanks gentlemen. And anyone reading this review, I just have to say I'd do it again.

I visited the dealership for an oil change on my Durango. Was a polite quick experience. One of The best dealership experiences I’ve had.

We have a 2023 Dodge Durango that had a headlight that was causing all kinds of trouble with the electrical system in the car. We brought it to one dealership that truly screwed the car even more. After several tries to fix the car we got discouraged and brought the car to Winter Haven Dodge. After 5 minutes talking with the service manager, we found out what exactly what was causing these problems, more so than what we had experienced at the previous dealership. Winter Haven dodge was upfront with us on every step. Our experience with them was A+ and would not hesitate to bring the car back for service. Thank you to the service manager and the service advisor for their complete assistance.

David was a great salesperson. We got a truck at a very reasonable price and they gave us a great trade on our old vehicle.

Excellent service! The salesman that help me out was David, he made everything so efficient and answered all my questions. I first bought a used 2024 Volkswagen and there were some problems with it so I had it taken to service to be fixed, I was provided a Nissan Altima as a rental and I instantly fell in love so I came back to the dealership to talk to David about trading my car for the Nissan. He worked his magic and I was able to drive off in the Nissan Altima. I recommend coming here to buy a car, this was my first time buying and it was an overall great experience thanks to David and his coworkers!

I had an oil change and needed a tired fixed. They finished in less than an hour. The people at the counters are so friendly and listen to you when you have questions. I live in Lakeland, but at their dealership the counter people act like they don't want you there. So, I go to the best dealership, Winter Haven!

They were professional. They gave us update every 30min. We went to lakeland with a problem 3 times and they were not able to take care of it. And in 1 day they were able to figure the problem out!!! Recommend 100%!!!
