This was the most straight forward experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I came from about 3 hours away so it was a big commitment to make that drive but they were honest and transparent about numbers out the door and were serious about getting me in my new jeep. Keith, cliff, and abdel were the dream team when I came to working this deal. Kieth our sales guy killed it making sure everything was ready to go by the time I got there and worked with me to get that right number. Cliff did an awesome job keeping me in touch with everyone involved and really kept our communication solid throughout the whole process. Abdel our finance guy does not play around, he had me in and out in 10 minutes no joke. I did a good amount of shopping around and this dealership really stood out and surprised me. They even stayed late to make sure I got my gladiator. Thanks guys!

My wife found the add on line for the car. I was kind of unsure when I learned it was at a dealership, but we decided to go have a look. We were paired up with sales consultant Victor Wilburn and from that moment on Victor did a fantastic job of making us feel at ease and was very personable during the whole process. Victor went with us on the test drive and told us all we needed to know about the vehicle and was not pushy and was an all around pleasure to work with. The one thing we really liked about Victor, he made us feel like family. Like a brother you could go-to for advice or just talk too. We would totally recommend Dodge of Winter Haven for your next car purchase, be sure to ask for Victor if you want excellent customer service. **** updated review- I still stand by my original review, only this time I’d really like to recognize Vicki who has been my new service advisor going on about a year now I think. She communicates with us every step of the way, she goes above and beyond reaching out to our warranty company to make sure they are going to cover what is needed. She always makes sure to follow up with us anytime we are waiting on a part to let us know when it’s there. She is truly someone that makes your business stand out and makes you want to come back! This was by far the best experience I’ve had at Dodge Chrysler Jeep ram of Winter Haven’s service department thus far. From the moment I walked in Jason, my service advisor acknowledged me and was absolutely amazing. Not even 45 minutes after I left my vehicle there he called me and gave me the report on my vehicle and explained everything! After I approved the quote he sent me, he called me back within an hour that my vehicle was ready. I highly recommend using Jason as your service advisor, he keeps you informed every step of the way!! !

Our van had to be towed in on a Wednesday night and is a wheelchair van since we have disabled person and it’s his only transportation. We had ac/dc tickets for Friday so I went over to dealer first thing on Thursday morning and explained situation that we needed it done asap. Despite not having an appointment they had the van fixed by 3:00 Thursday. We were greatly relieved and stress lowered

I purchased a new Jeep Grand Wagoneer L in Orlando because this particular vehicle is difficult for find locally. Living near Winter Haven I knew I didn’t want to drive to Orlando for my service needs. I went to Winter Haven for a service need and to established my vehicle with them .. I met with Service Advisor Amber Harrison who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She was very accommodating in getting me established with the Winter Haven dealership .. it didn’t matter that I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them .. they treated me like I did! I had to leave my vehicle .. with the purchase of a Grand Wagoneer, you are provided a loaner vehicle of the same or similar type. Amber said they didn’t have a Grand Wagoneer but, she had a new Ram 2500 Diesel Pick-up. That was more than accommodating! Great service, Great people! I’m glad I was accepted into the Winter Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram family!

From the time I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a sweet/professional attitude. Gio made sure to show me all the Jeep Wranglers and once I decided on the one I wanted, he worked hard to get me a really good deal on the Jeep!!! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the process and he was there to answer any/all of my questions. He even made sure I had my first duck before I pulled off the lot! Great experience!

I found about the Ram 3500 that I was looking on an online ad. I drove after work 40 miles to get to the dealership 10 minutes before they were to close. David Ruiz was very attentive to get the keys and show me the truck even though he was almost closed. The next day all the paperwork was done mostly remote. Excellent team. At first when I got the capital. One pre-approved information in the mail. Light nordics. But then I called in and spoke with an amazing man named Daniel. Daniel developed a report and helped me to understand that they had pre-approved me. They were sure that they could help me. Well he was right. I'm in another amazing man named rock and he put me at ease. And he assured me again that he could help me. Then rock came back with the most amazing thing. I had passed a beautiful blue car. Upon coming into the showroom to my surprise that beautiful blue car would be mine at the end of the day.It was an amazing experience for someone who just needed a break.Who's been down on her luck?Since the pandemic, this has already helped my life.I have received and accepted an amazing job Proposal which I have accepted it has truly changed my life Sincerely Miss V Lake

Everyone has the cringing reaction when thinking about buying a vehicle and dealing with the actual process of salesman, sales managers and eternal negotiations. Been there done that. Over 32 years in the Winter Haven area and have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership. Stopped by to look at a vehicle and was met by Victor Wilburn a salesman with DCJR. He told my wife and I all about the vehicle, he was respectful, informative and gracious with his time. I committed to coming back the next day for a test drive and start the process. Next day we started the "negotiations". Fair amount of back and forth with the sales manager with Victor presenting my expectations and also those of the dealership. He worked to get the deal done with no pressure on me. By far the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle due to his attention to my expectations and respect for my time. While I was waiting for things to be finalized, he took the time to introduce me to the service manager who I'll be dealing with for any vehicle issues I may have. If you want a nice experience in buying a vehicle with someone that makes it less stressful look for Victor Wilburn when you want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

Winter Haven Dodge only does work that you want, no extra cost like some garages. They give you a readout of anything that my need to have done, so that you can have it done on your time. I would recommend Winter Haven Dodge to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

Prompt service. Loaner available. Samantha was great and kept me informed. All work expected was performed! This was a critical work for me because I was headed out of town on an RV trip in three days. Samantha immediately had my vehicle taken in to check what was wrong. They determined they needed a part that they didn’t have on hand but would by 9 the next day. Plus they checked and pointed out that I had missed some maintenance items and given I was about to tow a 15,000 lb RV all summer they suggested they accomplish that maintenance the next day when they were putting in the new module. They arranged a loaner for me and promised they’d have every thing done by 4pm. Dropped truck off at 7:30am. Picked it back up just before 4. All work completed 100%. I will never take my truck anywhere else for service From Clint the GM, to Phil the sales mgr to Steve the Service manager to Samantha the service advisor, everyone made me feel welcome! It’s actually a pleasure to bring my truck in for service!

Normally car buying is an all day, miserable experience, no matter how much research or preparation you do. When we went to look at a vehicle at this dealership, it quickly became apparent that this would not be one of those times. Melvin was the one that got us into our new vehicle, and I can't recommend him enough. Incredibly pleasant and easy to work with, without the typical "pushy" attitude you expect at dealerships. Zero complaints about this purchase, and would happily go back in the future.

I live in a Palm Beach County and traveled 3 hours to get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. No salesmen down in Palm Beach, Miami, or Broward County’s knew anything about the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. They all said it either comes in Black or White with a Black interior. Keith Miles was my salesman at DCJRF of Winter Haven. He knew about the car and showed us all the accessories and how they worked. AMAZING. He worked with me over the phone. He made me feel comfortable that we could make the deal. So my wife and I took the trip and I’m glad we did. We got the deal we were looking for. Everyone at the dealership was went out of their way and exceeded my expectations. Thanks To Keith Sales, George Finance, and Amber Service. You all made it well worth the trip. Please see Jay if you want a great deal on a 2500 RAM. He went the extra mile to make sure I had the best deal. I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.

Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I want to highlight a great experience I had at this dealership. It started off a little rocky when I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and drove it home to Georgia and got it checked for some paint imperfections at the local Jeep dealership. I called these guys and they were more than willing to work with me on trading the vehicle for a different vehicle. Both the salesman (Steve) and the sales manager (Jacob) were very professional and took care of me. I just want to say they didn't have to, but they made it right, and for that I am thankful. They even had a driver deliver the vehicle to me in Georgia and take the old vehicle back. If You’re in the market for a new or used vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership..

I don’t typically leave reviews unless I’m extremely dissatisfied, but this experience was very concerning at first. After an oil change appointment, my vehicle began shutting off and struggling to stay running at red lights and while idling. Since my vehicle had been perfectly fine beforehand, I immediately brought it back because I knew something was wrong even though no codes were appearing. Thankfully, after further investigation, it turns out the issue was not related to the dealership or the oil change at all, but instead contaminated gas from a recent fill-up. Even so, I truly appreciate how Alex handled the situation from the beginning. He took my concerns seriously, reassured me throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of until my vehicle was back to normal. I also want to acknowledge Vicki for escalating the situation to management instead of brushing it off. Both Alex and Vicki provided excellent customer service during a stressful situation and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you both again for your professionalism and help throughout the process.

We were in a pinch and needed a new vehicle. We found a pre-owned Grand Caravan and purchased it with the warranty. Once that kicked in, we had over $6000 worth of work covered for only $100. The whole experience was easily explained to us by Abdel and they took care of any speed bumps that came along. It was a greater experience than our last time we bought a vehicle in 2015 from somewhere else.

This review is for anyone who lives outside of Florida, as it's something I've never attempted before (I had to rely on ChatGPT and Gemini for guidance). I wanted a very specific car, and it turns out a nationwide search only showed 7 cars. Some where within 200 miles but the dealers were being obtuse (New York Metro Area), but there was one was in Florida. I contact Phillip and he started the ball rolling and then he handed it off to a gentleman named David. David took pics as I requested, sent them via text, and we negotiated a deal. He sent me warranty info, window sticker, the whole nine yards. I was able to sign some documents electronically, they setup the loan agreement, received a call from the bank to confirm my identify, etc.. The biggest hiccup was on my end dealing with wire transfers (PNC Bank). I received an email from Sirius XM that my 3 month subscription started. They handled the Florida DMV paperwork as well as the NJDMV. Some paper work needed a physical signature so they sent me a packet via over-night and I sent it back within 30 minutes of receiving it. Because I live in NJ, it wasn't worth it for me to fly down and pick up the car, so I arranged transport (as an aside don't fall for the cheap carriers). Was the process stressful ? Yes..and I knew that going in.. what is worth it ? Absolutely. I can't thank David enough for being ridiculously responsive. Every time I stressed about something, he responded "oh.. we take care of that". Seriously.. how cool is that ?!? Thanks gentlemen. And anyone reading this review, I just have to say I'd do it again.
