Best experience I’ve ever encountered when purchasing a new vehicle. From start to finish, Logan was very patient and kind in what always seems to be a daunting task with purchasing a vehicle. Logan was very informative and knowledgeable about my new Fiat as well as everything else in securing my first brand new car. Now, I only want to deal with him and future car purchases. At no time did I feel pressured to buy something. And all dealerships should take note and follow this strategy nowadays. Logan just listened and always made sure I understood everything with this purchase. Anyone looking for a new car, I will definitely tell them to go see Logan. Bought a used car for my son, his first car. Melvin was great, probably the best experience I’ve had with a salesperson purchasing a vehicle. Was transparent throughout the whole process , worked with me on the deal , got me a good rate , got the payment right about where we were looking, and just had a great personality. However , after we finished up , we had to go to the main dealer office right around the corner and finish up the documents . The finance manager , I forget his name , was horrible. He made an amazing buying experience bad. Without going into detail , but he was basically making inappropriate comments towards me after I finished the paper work as I was leaving the office because I declined to add extra services onto my loan . I was seriously interested in purchasing another vehicle from them , a new truck , but the finance manager has me wanting to take my business some where else because of that experience . Very unprofessional. He clearly must hate his job , to act that way with a paying customer. I give 5 stars because Melvin was great , and he deserves the recognition.

I have to say today's experience surpassed any of the others in the past. My wait time was on the money! The young lady said 1 1/2 and my vehicle was done in less than the time frame given. Normally I wait at least 3 hrs with an appointment. This time no grease or foot prints in the truck. Thank you!

I called Winterhaven Jeep to purchase a Jeep and they connected me to a salesman named Rak. He was amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly and not a high pressure salesman! Walked me through ever step. I can honestly say he went out of his way for me. I lived two hours away and he arranged for drivers to meet me and give me the vehicle. Even followed up days later to see how I like the Jeep. I would highly recommend Rak to anyone!

Please see Jay if you want a great deal on a 2500 RAM. He went the extra mile to make sure I had the best deal. Even with other offers coming in at the last minute, Jay bent over backwards to make it happen. He saved me a 7 hour round trip. All was done seamlessly and very convenient. The team there is great!

I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.

Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. She made it all very convenient for me. when I came into town to pick up my truck I literally just signed my paperwork and left. She had everything ready and waiting. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida. So back in April me and my daughter went in and purchased a car. Ling story short. The car started giving us problems within the 1st couple of weeks. Oh cool we have the warranty. Turns out the warranty did cover most of the the repairs but as a mother I wanted to make sure she got a safe and reliable vehicle. After a long couple weeks of going back and forth with the shop, dealership and finance company Clint and Luís we able to work work there magic and got her into a newer vehicle that fit my daughters need! I appreciate all the hard work you guys did even with our limited options!! I highly recommend asking for Luís his years of experience really shows when it comes to selling you a new car! I want to highlight a great experience I had at this dealership. It started off a little rocky when I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and drove it home to Georgia and got it checked for some paint imperfections at the local Jeep dealership. I called these guys and they were more than willing to work with me on trading the vehicle for a different vehicle. Both the salesman (Steve) and the sales manager (Jacob) were very professional and took care of me. I just want to say they didn't have to, but they made it right, and for that I am thankful. They even had a driver deliver the vehicle to me in Georgia and take the old vehicle back. If You’re in the market for a new or used vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership..

I don’t typically leave reviews unless I’m extremely dissatisfied, but this experience was very concerning at first. After an oil change appointment, my vehicle began shutting off and struggling to stay running at red lights and while idling. Since my vehicle had been perfectly fine beforehand, I immediately brought it back because I knew something was wrong even though no codes were appearing. Thankfully, after further investigation, it turns out the issue was not related to the dealership or the oil change at all, but instead contaminated gas from a recent fill-up. Even so, I truly appreciate how Alex handled the situation from the beginning. He took my concerns seriously, reassured me throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of until my vehicle was back to normal. I also want to acknowledge Vicki for escalating the situation to management instead of brushing it off. Both Alex and Vicki provided excellent customer service during a stressful situation and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you both again for your professionalism and help throughout the process.

We were in a pinch and needed a new vehicle. We found a pre-owned Grand Caravan and purchased it with the warranty. Once that kicked in, we had over $6000 worth of work covered for only $100. The whole experience was easily explained to us by Abdel and they took care of any speed bumps that came along. It was a greater experience than our last time we bought a vehicle in 2015 from somewhere else.

I truly appreciate the service department on getting my car fix in a timely manner. I have gone to a few dodge/jeep dealerships around polk county and I will gladly drive an hour to come back to Winter Haven. They treat you with respect, keep you posted throughout the process and fix your car quickly. Thanks Service Department for the experience!

This review is for anyone who lives outside of Florida, as it's something I've never attempted before (I had to rely on ChatGPT and Gemini for guidance). I wanted a very specific car, and it turns out a nationwide search only showed 7 cars. Some where within 200 miles but the dealers were being obtuse (New York Metro Area), but there was one was in Florida. I contact Phillip and he started the ball rolling and then he handed it off to a gentleman named David. David took pics as I requested, sent them via text, and we negotiated a deal. He sent me warranty info, window sticker, the whole nine yards. I was able to sign some documents electronically, they setup the loan agreement, received a call from the bank to confirm my identify, etc.. The biggest hiccup was on my end dealing with wire transfers (PNC Bank). I received an email from Sirius XM that my 3 month subscription started. They handled the Florida DMV paperwork as well as the NJDMV. Some paper work needed a physical signature so they sent me a packet via over-night and I sent it back within 30 minutes of receiving it. Because I live in NJ, it wasn't worth it for me to fly down and pick up the car, so I arranged transport (as an aside don't fall for the cheap carriers). Was the process stressful ? Yes..and I knew that going in.. what is worth it ? Absolutely. I can't thank David enough for being ridiculously responsive. Every time I stressed about something, he responded "oh.. we take care of that". Seriously.. how cool is that ?!? Thanks gentlemen. And anyone reading this review, I just have to say I'd do it again.
