I have been coming to this Dealership for many years. Their staff in the Service Department is great. Today I worked with Samantha. She took in my Jeep and let me know what was going on and got me out quickly. When buying a vehicle it is very important to think of who will be taking care of it when you need recommended maintenance and have issues. Thank you Samantha and the entire team. Normally car buying is an all day, miserable experience, no matter how much research or preparation you do. When we went to look at a vehicle at this dealership, it quickly became apparent that this would not be one of those times. Melvin was the one that got us into our new vehicle, and I can't recommend him enough. Incredibly pleasant and easy to work with, without the typical "pushy" attitude you expect at dealerships. Zero complaints about this purchase, and would happily go back in the future.

I have not been to this dealership in many, many years. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the current set-up and staff that I came in contact. Stephanie was my agent. She was knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and concerns. Excellent communication skills as well as customer service skills. She presented accurate timeliness and follow-up. Based on her alone, I would definitely return for service. Very satisfied with my experience.

Great purchasing experience - no pressure, no trying to sell dealer add-ons ( yes, they are available if you want them), minimal time with the finance manager ( no loan required - and yes, lots of signatures), sales team very professional and knowledgeable about product and helpful understanding the tech. I have purchased many vehicles through this dealership.

I had a great experience purchasing from the dealership. The sales manager Phil treated us like family and really seemed to work hard to make a not very easy deal come together. I’m thankful for their hard work and professionalism. I would definitely purchase here again.

I have had work done on my Chrysler and Jeep vehicles at both the body shop and the service area over the years, and have always been very pleased with the service provided.

After I got hit in the passenger rear wheel I took my Jeep Gladiator in for repairs. They kept me informed throughout the process and did an excellent job as others did not hear the clunk in the back after the hit.

The staff is great , friendly and efficient. We drive farther to go to this dealership because of their customer service.

Kyle and Melvin were incredibly helpful. I went in looking for a very specific car and they made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the car before leaving. Quick and seamless process. I was out with my new car in 2.5 -3 hrs.

I live in a Palm Beach County and traveled 3 hours to get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. No salesmen down in Palm Beach, Miami, or Broward County’s knew anything about the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. They all said it either comes in Black or White with a Black interior. Keith Miles was my salesman at DCJRF of Winter Haven. He knew about the car and showed us all the accessories and how they worked. AMAZING. He worked with me over the phone. He made me feel comfortable that we could make the deal. So my wife and I took the trip and I’m glad we did. We got the deal we were looking for. Everyone at the dealership was went out of their way and exceeded my expectations. Thanks To Keith Sales, George Finance, and Amber Service. You all made it well worth the trip. Service was great. Called on Thursday, got in on Friday. Took care of a recall and engine light on. Had to order a visor replacement. Called on Monday to say part was in, was in and out same day. Amber my service advisor was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

Best experience I’ve ever encountered when purchasing a new vehicle. From start to finish, Logan was very patient and kind in what always seems to be a daunting task with purchasing a vehicle. Bought a used car for my son, his first car. Melvin was great, probably the best experience I’ve had with a salesperson purchasing a vehicle. Was transparent throughout the whole process , worked with me on the deal , got me a good rate , got the payment right about where we were looking, and just had a great personality. However , after we finished up , we had to go to the main dealer office right around the corner and finish up the documents . The finance manager , I forget his name , was horrible. He made an amazing buying experience bad. Without going into detail , but he was basically making inappropriate comments towards me after I finished the paper work as I was leaving the office because I declined to add extra services onto my loan . I was seriously interested in purchasing another vehicle from them , a new truck , but the finance manager has me wanting to take my business some where else because of that experience . Very unprofessional. He clearly must hate his job , to act that way with a paying customer. I give 5 stars because Melvin was great , and he deserves the recognition.

I have to say today's experience surpassed any of the others in the past. My wait time was on the money! The young lady said 1 1/2 and my vehicle was done in less than the time frame given. Normally I wait at least 3 hrs with an appointment. This time no grease or foot prints in the truck. Thank you!
