I bought a brand new ram 2500 from Winterhaven Dodge Chrysler ram about three months ago. The day after I took it home, the truck broke down. I brought it back to them. They couldn’t really figure out what it was. It turned out to be a star case which is when they have to deal directly with RAM to fix the issue. The truck was in the shop for about three months they stuck with it. They did get it running perfectly. It turned out to be a defective fuel pump. They gave me a loaner car in the meantime did not charge me a penny I can’t blame them for selling me the truck because they did not make it. However, they stuck with it until it was fixed. No complaints toward the dealership themselves young lady named Vicky in the service department was a lot of help.

Phil Morton is the sales manager and is 100% trustworthy, personable, and professional. When I was interested in a vehicle, he took a close-up video of the car, commenting as he shot the video. He also did a live cold start of the vehicle. He also graciously offered me a $500 courtesy military veterans discount. All dealerships are different. When you shop for a vehicle at this franchise, you can be sure that there is no hidden agenda. Talk to Phil and he will treat you right.

The general manager. These are the best people to deal with they will do the right thing for you. I was promptly greeted. Very friendly welcoming & professional. The service I came for was performed in a timely manner & I was kept abreast throughout the process as to the progress on my vehicle. They also did a complete inspection. All was good. I will be back for service & sales needs.

The staff are always friendly & knowledge. They keep you updated with texts while you're there to let you know progress of your service or repair. They have a very comfortable waiting area & free wifi. Definitely recommend!!!!

Even with other offers coming in at the last minute, Jay bent over backwards to make it happen. He saved me a 7 hour round trip. All was done seamlessly and very convenient. The team there is great!

I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart SE. It happened to have several recalls regarding its automatic transmission, I was aware of this when I bought the car. I was driving in Winter Haven a few weeks ago and the transmission would not go into park. I called for a tow, twenty minutes later I was on my way to Winter Haven Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram. This was on a Saturday, the service advisor was kind and she informed me that my car is safe in the lot Later that afternoon the service center called me and informed me that it was a bad bushing in the transmission and that I was lucky and they had the covered part in stock and it was ready to be picked up. I has some interval maintenance done and was surprised that there prices weren't to bad . I am happy with the service that was provided.

Bought my new 2026 rebel truck with Gabby. Most of it was handled over the phone and computer because I travel for work. Winter Haven Collision Center did an excellent job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My rear bumper received a few gouges and scuffs from a minor event. They filled and smoothed the bumper, and painted it. It looks like new. The finish is perfect!

We were looking for a car after my daughter was hit by a guy that ran a red light. Totaled her car and injured her. After getting her well, an Auto friend of mine pointed me to Dodge of Winter haven. My daughter wanted another Toyota Corolla due to the protection it offered when hit and the perks of the car. We found it at Dodge in Winterhaven. We contacted Kyle Williams at the dealership. Kyle was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork, prepping and guiding us through the process. Financing was quick and we didn’t have to wait most of the day for it. Kyle made sure the car was filled up, cleaned and serviced before we headed back to Tallahassee, Florida.
